License Options for Schools
We offer two licensing options for schools:
- Single License – A list of activation codes for individual users. These licenses are also available for purchase through our online store. For larger orders, please contact us by email.
- Multi user license – An admin account manages users via the OrgAdmin portal.

Which license should I choose?
Both options are viable. If you have only a few users, sharing individual activation codes might be easier than using the OrgAdmin portal. If you have more users, the OrgAdmin portal can be a convenient way to manage licenses centrally. Note that with OrgAdmin, you can manage users later. With activation codes, the license cannot be revoked once the code has been seen by a student.
When placing an order, please include:
- Number of licenses
- License type (Single / Multi user)
- Software name
- Billing details, including VAT ID
If ordering a Multi user license, also include:
- School name
- Whether you have previously had a Multi user license
- If yes, make sure the school name matches the one used earlier so the new license connects to the same organization
- You can verify the exact name at http://edtech.ti.com/orgadmin, under the “Welcome, [School Name]” heading
- Email address of the first administrator (this person can add others later)
- Preferred start date – if not specified, the license will start immediately
